it is misunderstanding, I mean this style of SRS parameter value: "http://my.server.com/path_to_file_with_mySRS_definition"

Hi,

I think WMS spec gives a chance to define SRS by public URL 
of file with 
definition of SRS. I don't know if MapServer supports this.
