There is an error parsing the map file near keyword "none" (probably just before) around line 109 in the map file, probably related to something that changed in the mapfile parser between MapServer 4.2 and 4.8.
My guess is that MapServer is expecting a string but it's finding the keyword NONE. You may need to add quotes around the "none".
