I'm trying to support a specific projection in MapServer: USA_Contiguous_Lambert_Conformal_Conic 1) Why it wouldn't be in proj/nad/epsg in the first place, I'm sure there's a good reason.
2) Now that it's added to proj/nad/epsg file, it produces a map. But the scale is calculated incorrectly. The datasets at larger scales are not displaying. What other info does mapserver need to calculate the scale correctly?
