[UMN_MAPSERVER-USERS] What's up with the MapServer website?

Seems the MapServer site and the GIS UMN sites are down. Anyone know what's
going on? Do they do routine maintenance on Sundays? I was really hoping ot
download the 5 beta 2 of MapServer. Thanks.
