[UMN_MAPSERVER-USERS] Shifting Prime Meridian East

Folks,

I was wondering how I can instruct mapserver to shift the meridian of the 
output world map to the east.  I would like to generate a world map with the 
pacific ocean in the middle of the map.  Thank you.
