Hi Charlton, Correct. 0.1.2 and 1.0 don't have too much difference. When 1.0.0 is fully released proper (i.e. http://www.opengeospatial.org/standards and http://schemas.opengis.net/ are updated), we'll update to 1.0.0. If you file this as a ticket and assign to me (tomkralidis), I'll look after it. Can you expand on the swecommon response a bit more? Is this the DataBlock issue of encoding data? ..Tom
