Hi Fernando and Jukka Thanks for your response. its working now, map extents were wrong. thanks again and other two error i could find - CONNECTIONTYPE (I WROTE CONECTIONTYPE), - USING key word before SRID is not required. regarding the projection i checked the SRID in oracle and epsg in mapserver are same up to 50000, that means both are following the same standards.
