Hi Bart,

Unfortunately I'm using SDE [USAGE_CODE], I'll try ORDER BY USAGE_CODE 
ASC as suggested by a colleague.
It could take a while to get this done - a quicker way would be preferrable if 
anyone has any other ideas?
