[UMN_MAPSERVER-USERS] Mapscript C# 'Test Harness' for Mapserver 5.0

I have had great success using the Mapserver 4 and Mapscript C# binaries 
posted by David Lowther at http://www.coordinatesolutions.com/download/ 
(as referenced in the Mapscript C# compilation site 
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs/howto/mapscriptcscompile).  I would now 
like to upgrade to Mapserver 5.0.  Is there a link to a test harness for 
the latest version of Mapserver 5.0/Mapscript C# similar to what is 
available for Mapserver 4 in the coordinatesolutions link above?
