[UMN_MAPSERVER-USERS] symbol limit 64 ?

I am not able include more than 64 image symbols in sysmbol.sym file.
What could be the reason?

I am using 

MapServer 5.0.0
PHP: 5.2.5
Oracle version: 10.2.0.2
OS : RHEL 4.6 AS x86_64
