The problem may not be a divide-by-zero. I'm assuming you're using
the Merge-by-Value command to perform the aggregation? If so, the
problem could be with the Block Group geography you're using, or
potentially with the successfulness of the Tag operation you did.
If there are any serious quirks in your boundaries, the aggregation
might choke on them as it attempts the merge. What's the source
of the BG data? Did you edit the boundaries at all? Regarding the
Tagging operation, did all the BGs get tagged? Try doing a color
theme on the Tagged watershed field -- see any holes?
