Gee, thanks for the helpful messages guys. I didnt realize one had to be a GIS expert to post to this board. And, as a matter of fact, I did manage to get an "almost" free copy of ArcGIS from ESRI.
I dont even need the map file, just the data underneath. Is there absolutely NO WAY to get at the underlying data, in the .bin file I believe? No workaround that some GIS geek worked out?
