Anirudda, You can restrict the fields that are shown in the info window by using field sets.
If you right-click in the info window, you'll see the "Field Sets" menu entry. You can use it to create a set of fields that you find relevant. You can name the field set and it will be saved along with the database. After that, you can always restrict your info window to use this field set.
