Hi Shawn,

If you open a dataview (new-dataview icon) of the census layer you can
export the table ('File-->Save As') into various formats (csv, dbf,
wk1 etc.). The wk1 extension is a lotus worksheet file that can open
in excel very well. The dbf extenstion is widely used and csv is
ubiquitous. Beware of microsoft products (like excel) and dbf files
since they allow only 256 fields! Maptitude dataviews can handle a
billion records and a million fields. So when you export more than 256
fields avoid the dbf format. Regards, Rudy.
