I've been getting that error forever (from version 4.0 (or earlier)
through version 4.7), on a variety of computers, running 3 different
operating systems and several different printers.

I don't have a solution, but here's a particularly clever workaround
I found: The dialog has an OK button. If you click it, the program
will terminate. If you do not click it, the program will continue to
function for a while (sometimes all day). It's not a modal dialog --
just click on the program to bring it to the foreground and ignore
the dialog, which will drop to the background.

I never use bitmap graphics, if that's what your logos are, so the
problem lies elsewhere.
