Hola Reinaldo Estuve pensanod en tu problema y dedicandole unnos minutos a revisar los archivos. Me parece que es posible desarrollar un progarma externo con .NET que lea y arme los archivos, los modifgique y te permita agregar, quitar y editar puntos.
El progarma ademas interfasearia con maptitude para correr simulaciones con puntos seleccionados. De esta manera, podrias poner los puntos de control en un formato Access o Excel o texto y luego correr el rubersheeting tantas veces como quieras y con los putnos que quieras, incluso generar multples ampas para comparar resultados. Hacer una cosa asi me llevaria no menos de un par de dias de trabajo, probablemente mas. LAmentablemente, la unica manera que puedo comprometerme a dedicar ese tiempo es posterganod algunos trabajos ya en marcha, lo cual implicaria que deberia cobrarle a t cliente por las horas de trabajo. Si te parece viable plantear esto a tu cleinte y si este acepta me pondria durante el fin de semana a desarrolllar la idea en detalle y a hjacer las primeras pruebas.
