I am trying to join two different data sets. One of them (zip+4 AIS
from USPS) has the address ranges within a 9 digit zip code and I want
to assign these to state districts. It seems like I should be able to
map this. And I have when I looked for mapping address range it just
mentions the capability. Any insight would be appreciated.
