Hi Wendy

A few months ago I wrote a GISDK utility for a client to batch print districit maps.

The add-in creates layouts in which maps, tables  and text can be included.  With little extra coding effort it can stop before each printout  to allow you to make adjustments to the map.

If you are interested I can send you a demo for you to evaluate.

Cheers

Subject: [Maptitude] Batch processing district reports, creating new
.map files -- is this possible?

Hello Maptitude users...

I'm working on a bear of a project and need to be able to create
several hundred clipped maps.  I can use the "district reports"
utility, but I don't want to print the maps to a printer without
individual adjustments to the maps.

Is there a way I can use the programming language to create a new
Add-on that prints to a new .map file?

I'm a marketer, not a programmer, but I imagine that I may be able
to substitute a few lines of code?  Then again, if there is a
programmer out there who can do it for a few clams, let's talk!

Many thanks,

Wendy Cobrda
