Donny: 1. Add field(s) in your zipcode table for the FIPS ("county") or County Name ("CountyName"), 2. Add an open county poygon layer to your mapview 3. Make the Zipcode dataview active and highlight the field to be filled in (either FIPS or County Name) 4. From the tool bar at the top, select Edit, Fill, Tag  and select the county layer as the reference layer and the data field in the county table which corresponds to your blank field in the zipcode table...then click OK and the program will determine what county each zipcode is in and write the value in the blank filed on each zipcode record.
