Is anyone running Maptitude for the Web on a hosted website (where you
don't directly have possession of the web server)?

If so, how do you have it set up, and are you able to set up the site on
your own computer and then push it to the server?

Alternatively, has anyone set up a server specifically for Maptitude for
the Web, and, if so, how hard was that and how much did it cost
(assuming you did not already have a web server set up).

Unfortunately Caliper's website says nothing useful about what MforW
really requires, so I'm hoping someone on the list can give me the real
details -- before I shell out the cash for what I hear is a solid and
easy-to-use system, at least once it's set up.
