I've been using very thick Frames, with "none" as the border style, as
a crude way of decluttering Census Place names. Otherwise, they get
far too dense in urban areas (even with overlapping labels prevented)
in many cases.
Is there a more elegant way to declutter Census Place names, or other
name labels?
