[Maptitude] Importing Shapefiles with a Florida HPGN Projection

I've been having some problems with importing shapefiles lately, all related to their projections.  One example is a shapefile from the Florida Transit Information System (FTIS 2005) from http://lctr.eng.fiu.edu/ftis/ .  These shapefiles have a Florida Albers HPGN projection, which is not a choice in Maptitude's import process.  I did find an article on ESRI's site called "How to Convert Albers HPGN/ HARN to Florida State Plane East NAD83 " that gave me some ideas but didn't tell me what I need to know.   I've tried playing with X and Y offsets, but this didn't help.   The information thet the FTIS program reports for the projection is:Projection                               ALBERSUnits                                    METERSDatum                                    HPGNSpheroid                                 GRS19801st standard parallel                    24   0  0.0002nd standard parallel                    31  30  0.000central meridian                        -84   0  0.000latitude of projection's origin          24   0  0.000 false easting (meters)                   400000.00000false northing (meters)                  0.00000Has anyone had any luck importing files with this projection?Thanks,  Jim
