Hello,
I'm trying to use the ChangeNetworkSettings function to modify the
Turn Settings values:
ChangeNetworkSettings(ActiveNetwork,{
{"Turn Settings", {0.1,0.2,0.3,-1,null,null}},
{"Use Link Types", "False"},
{"Use Skims", "False"},
{"Use Turn Penalties", "True"},
{"Use Transfer Penalties", "False"},
{"Use Centroids", "False"}})
I could change all other options of the network except the Turn
Settings option... what could be wrong?
