I am attempting unsuccessfully to import ESRI export formatted file from the federal BLM. Unfortunately, the imported polygons appear in the middle of the ocean as opposed to within the boundaries of the state of California. I believe my trouble is in the "coordinates" of the import setting.
Could someone please guide me regarding what the proper import settings should be? The metadata are at and pasted below:
