Yes, Marcelo. Both Area2GE and Line2GE work with Maptitude 4.5x (and presumably higher) I haven't tried every possible combination of menu commands, but so far, so good.
Your add-ins are much better than the other shape to KML converters that I have tried. (I haven't used Arc2Earth, but that is a $100+ extension that only works with ArcGIS 9.x.)
