Hello, I am not 100% sure what you are asking-if you right-click on the matrix, then click on Properties-Sum you will get all row and column totals (marginals) in just a few seconds for a 895 x 895 matrix. So if you wanted a sum for origin ID 100 to all other cells this would be the row total (sum) for ID 100, and if you wanted a sum for destination ID 100 from all other cells that would be the column total for ID 100. But my guess is that I am not answering the question you are actually asking.
