Sorry if this is posted twice (I posted on TransCAD group as well)
I need to know how easy/successful Lock Manager is. I'm working on the
Street Centrelines of South Africa and I am running into bottle necks
as only one resource can edit the master data set and I don't want to
cut the country up in pieces! I have mailed Caliper, but I need info
from people using it in projects.
