Hi,
I have a list of ~75 records. Each record identifies 3 or 4 streets
as their boundary perimeter. How can I build an area layer/layers
that "lassoes" in those street segments?
This is what I intend to do:
Geocoded each intersection (identified from the street names) for
each record and put them side by side in a text (*.geo) file format
and then imported them as lines in Maptitude.
Then I plan to convert them to areas using the line-to-area
conversion tool.
However, some of these areas overlap each other. Will it violate the
topology rules of Maptitude? Also, is there a better way?
Thank you and regards,
Rudy.
