Hi Bob, Try using 'select by location' and choose select 'closest and within' (#3 from drop down box) and give an arbitrary distance (1 mile works) based on the street node layer. Make sure the street node layer is not hidden. Export this as a new layer and then use Edit-->Fill--> Tag to do the rest...
