The Voronoi diagram idea of Dave T works in principle but there remain
some pretty sizeable PO Box Zip Codes. But the basic idea works, I am
making a grid over the map, tagging the square the PO Box zip is in,
exporting the selection set and combing with the full polygon Zip Code
file. Or clipping with the grid. This is the theoretical plan at this
moment -

thanks, and thanks to Dave

Hi Dick,

I used that same approach for combining a number of points and polys
into a single layer at the Mass Historical Commission. I added 25
millionths (.000025) to the point coordinate in both directions. Works
well. Of course you have do to it in the DK.

I have a layer of PO Box Zip Codes. Points. One for polygon Zips. I
need to have them all in one layer. Seems the solution would be to turn
the point layer into a polygon layer - very small polygons and then
combine somehow.

Any ideas how I might do this?
