Hey Josh,

Not sure I understand 100% what you are trying to do, so I haven't
been able to test this idea. But here goes anyhow:

1) Create your color theme as before.

2) Do a "Select by Theme" (ctrl-shift-T in 5.0) to convert your color
theme to a series of selection sets.

3) Use the "Selection Settings" dialog box (ctrl-E) to change the
order in which the selection sets draw.

Would that solve your problem?
