Unfortunately, the first release of 2010 Census data (below the state level anyhow) won't occur until February 2011.
That will be the Redistricting (aka P.L. 94-171) Data release, which provides population counts by race and Hispanic/Latino categories and housing unit counts by occupancy status. State files will be made available on a rolling basis over the months of February and March, followed by the national file in April 2011. I would expect Caliper to roll out the data in .CDF format shortly thereafter.
