I'm new to this
I have some contract dollar value data associated with Census Tracts. For
example: 5 contracts having total value of $24,467 in a given census tract. The
corresponding average is $4893.
Now.......when I do an Area of Influence using several sales centers and select
this data as attributes of the appropriate layer, the resulting Contract data
seems to be incorrect. By that I mean the total value of the Contracts and the
Averages do not agree. When i manually divide the Total Contract Amount by the
number of contracts, this manually computed result does not agree with the AoI
table results. And by a significant amount - factor of 2 or more.
Why is this?
