I used GetPoint to find the coordinate. Here's an example of how I used
AddAnnotation in case that helps:
pt = GetPoint(94530)
AddAnnotation("Map|" + GetMap(), "Text",{{"Location", {pt,"C"}},
{"Font", "Arial|Bold|10"}, {"Color", ColorRGB(0,0,65535)}, {"Text",
