I think there must be an easy way to do this, but I'm struggling to
figure out how:
I work for a media outlet that sells advertising based on AdZones. These
adzones are primarily made up of zipcodes and groups of zipcodes (with
some partial zipcodes thrown in to keep things exciting).
I want to be able to show an advertiser a map of the adzones they
purchased, and more importantly, what ones they did not purchase. I
need to create some sort of base map that contains our 4-county selling
region and for any given advertiser be able to click on those adzones
that were purchased.
Can someone help? I'm not a GIS person.
