Correction, although it is true that the Network Bands aren't working for me as 
described below, what I'm really interested in are "Network Partitions" which 
highlight all the streets that are closest driving distance to one location 
over another.  An example of this is in the Creating Territories video.  
However, I follow those steps and run into the same insufficient memory issue, 
if not a complete shut down of the program.

I apologize for the confusion.
