Aha! Not sure how the extra spaces were inserted but they were in the State 
field. Does Excel have a reveal formatting option like Word?  How did you find 
the extra spaces? It looks like I'll need to know that for future reference.


I spent way too much time trying to figure what I'd done wrong, so many thanks.

It looks like it is a case of extra spaces. Please go into your spreadsheet and 
remove the extra spaces for those 3 states.
