Yes, I've run quite a number of gravity models using Maptitude. You can calculate linear distance by using the Fill>Tag command within a dataview. So open up the consumer dataview file, add a new field called "Distance to centre" and then use fill>tag to calculate the distance from the centre to each customer. There's one annoying feature and that is that you will need to create a separate layer for each retail outlet within the gravity model analysis. There's probably some way around it, but I can't find it!
