The Maptitude network bands drive-time tool can work with any line layer such as http://www.fhwa.dot.gov/planning/processes/tools/nhpn/2011/nhpnlineshp.zip which includes the Annual average daily traffic (AADT) for major roads in the USA. More detailed AADT data can be obtained directly from a State such as for Florida: http://www.dot.state.fl.us/planning/statistics/gis/trafficdata.shtm
