[Maptitude] Interactive PDF? Other publishing options?

Hi,

I'm still fairly new to GIS software in general. I have created some good maps with a lot of sets and layers, I want to be able to share these maps with my colleagues. So far I've just been able to take static screen shots. Is there a way to create an interactive PDF, or other format? Or create something I can post on our intranet or sharepoint?

I saw the layers2PDF plugin, but the plugin is running into an error when trying to create the folder in my documents.
