Do not know if it works but you can try to convert Chinese marble.po and
marble_qt.po into mo's with poEdit [1] and put them into
share\locale\LC_MESSAGES\zh_CN one level up relative to marble.exe.

Hi,
Please install kde-l10n-zh_CN package then use "Help -> Switch
application
language..." to switch.
Please note that Chinese translation is incomplete [1]. You can help in
improving it (just join the translation team).
