Dear Administrator,
Pakistan Telecommunication Authority ("PTA") is a regulatory body established
under section 3 of the Pakistan Telecommunication (Re-organization) Act, 1996
(the "Act") with the mandate to regulate the establishment, maintenance and
operation of telecommunication system and provision of telecommunication
services in Pakistan.
Under section 37 (1) of Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (“PECA”), the
Authority has been empowered to remove or block or issue directions for removal
or blocking of access to an information through any information system if it
considers it necessary in the interest of glory of Islam or the integrity,
security or defense of Pakistan or any part thereof, public order, decency or
morality, or in relation to contempt of court or commission of or incitement to
an offense under PECA.
It has been observed that the Map of Pakistan hosted on your website/platform
is not an official Map of Pakistan and is required to be replaced with the
Official Map (Political) which is available on the official site of the survey
general of Pakistan at following link. (Copy of official Map is also attached)

Keeping above in view, it is requested to replace the current map of Pakistan
on your platform/website with the above- mentioned official Map of Pakistan and
use the same in future.
