Hi, I am using the SpeakerIdentApp for voice recognition. But the voices of the speakers are present in wav files with GSM encoding. Thus, they are different from the marf default wav format.
I saw the post on UnrestrictedWAVLoader. However, what I am unable to understand is 'if marf is capable of processing files of a bit rate as low as 13 kbps?' Would appreciate help.
