I've read this, and I think it's ready to go.  I know of one open source 
implementation (mine) that sends mail using this format, but my implementation 
is not also a consumer, so I'd love to hear from anyone that receives and 
parses these and does something with them.  For bonus points, we could try some 
interoperability testing.
