https://mariadb.atlassian.net/browse/MDEV-4954 "RPM Packaging Removes Config File" The complain is that when one uninstalls MariaDB, /etc/my.cnf gets "removed" (actually, renamed to /etc/my.cnf.rpmsave). And MySQL packages don't do that (because they don't include my.cnf at all). Anything we can do to make the user happier?
