It applied to all rpm platforms before we get this condition a few lines below: IF(NOT CMAKE_VERSION VERSION_LESS 3.3.0 OR NOT RPM)
I'd rather adjust the first "IF(NOT RPM)" accordingly, because it is a good idea to have use_galera_new_cluster.conf installed to INSTALL_SUPPORTFILESDIR.
