It seems that you have not set the wsrep_provider in your server configuration. 
This is a mandatory setting. Most likely you will not have a working cluster 
right now.

Example configuration of wsrep_provider settings from /etc/my.cnf.d/server.cnf:

Of course, you will need to have galera installed, which is available via the 
MariaDB yum and apt channels:
  https://downloads.mariadb.org/mariadb/repositories/
