Version compliant with OCaml 4.01.0.
Also added a script `test_with_utop' that allows the programmer to switch
from the running application to the `utop' toplevel and conversely. Note that a
strange bug appears when the module `gettext.cmo' is loaded by utop. Actually,
it seems that the problem is related to loading camlp4of. The error message
shown by utop is something like:

The current and quite radical workaround consists in disabling gettext when
testing.
