Hi, I recently tested marionnet_from_scratch on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and I did not observed any errors. The tested version of marionnet was the release 0.94.0 of the new series 0.94.x.
Could you run the command "marionnet --splash" in a terminal, in order to understand which version (probably old) you are running? J.V.
