Batchmates,

Greetings!

Marist Batch 90 inspected the condition of the Home for the Aged's roofing 
about a week ago. We gathered that the Sister's sentiments was that when it 
rains, water drips and floods their pantry. We are happy to say that our batch 
already sent a roof repairman today, (Sunday) May 24.
Materials used were as follows:  

2 liters of Vulcaseal at Php 360 each totalling to Php 720 plus Php 400 for the 
labor. Total cost of project :  Php 1,120.

Funding for the project was made possible by donations from our dear classmates 
and friends:  Henry Sebastian based in the U.S. $200 (Php 9,400); Sidney Alba 
Php 2K,  Bot Cuejilo Php 1K and Jon Vergara based in Singapore donated 1K.

We will be opening our official bank account in Bank of Commerce A.M. Pacleb 
Bldg. Concepcion Branch.  Signatories will be as follows:  Tomy Pacleb / Darwin 
Marron and Jun Villanueva / Jeff Mendoza.  I will provide updates as soon as 
our account is activated.  

Upcoming project for the Home for the Aged will be the improvement of their 
ramp.  Project scope of work and breakdown will be posted soon.  We are 
soliciting your continued support for the next projects.

This is a summary of recent activities. Further details will be posted by our 
secretary Mr. Francis "Kiko" Mabagos and money matters by our Treasurer Engr. 
Jun Villanueva and our auditor Mr. Jeff Mendoza - CPA.
